Kuranda Tourist Attractions

The Tablelands (Cairns Highlands) Tourist Attractions
The Tablelands (easy accessed from Cairns and Kuranda by car or coach tour), a region comprised of several townships, including Atherton, Mareeba, Malanda, Yungaburra, are set in the mountains (average of 700 metres above sea level ) to the west of Cairns. The area is dominated by rainforest and pastoral lands, and boasts many natural attractions, including waterfalls, scenic look-outs, walking & hiking tracks and cool swimming holes.
