Admin Assistants
- Provide general administration support to the department managers and other team members
- General duties include computer work, filing, answering telephones, and general organisational tasks
- Good guest relation skills required
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Undertake all functions of accounts payable/receivable
- Liaise with department personnel and provide general administration support.
- Strong organisation and inter-personal skills

- Deliver rainforest guided interpretive tours and general presentations

- Strong emphasis on customer service and interaction with guests.

- Overall presentation of Skyrail premises and equipment.
- Main activities will include the cleaning of all public areas, stations, offices and staff areas. This role will also include the cleaning and polishing of Skyrail gondolas.

Mechanical Fitters
- Perform preventive maintenance and remedial tasks on the Skyrail cableway, gondolas and associated plant and machinery
- Undertake fault finding and diagnostic work
- Fitters will possess trade qualifications and follow safe work practises.
Electricians
- Perform preventive maintenance and remedial electrical tasks on the Skyrail cableway, associated plant and machinery and general building facilities
- Undertake fault finding and diagnostic work
- Electricians will possess trade qualifications and follow safe work practises.

Sales Assistant
- The proactive sales of Skyrail merchandise and souvenirs, digital photographs and food & beverage items.
- All aspects of retail sales, use of Point-of-Sale computers, cash handling cash
- The position has a strong focus on guest interaction.
Stock Controller
- Stock control of all retail products, coordinating incoming stock items, processing of stock orders and invoice reconciliation, stock distribution, product ordering and pricing
- The position requires good organisational and Point-of-Sale computers skills

Cableway Operator (Attendant)
- The operation of the Skyrail cableway (comprehensive training provided)
- Maintenance of a safe working/operating environment and the overall responsibility for station activity and presentation
- Strong emphasis on customer service, meet, greet and interaction with guests

Key Positions:

Reservations Consultants
- Process Skyrail bookings and associated packages, bookings received via telephone, fax or e-mail. All bookings are processed through Skyrail’s computer reservations system, ProTour (specific training given)
- Ticketing of guests, verifying guest bookings, produce tickets and reconcile takings
- Respond to guest enquiries
- Strong emphasis on customer service and guest interaction
Bus Coordinators
- Co-ordinate Skyrail’s busy coach and transfer service, ensuring coach runs are operated in an efficient and timely manner.
- Strong organisational skills are essential with the ability to think and work under pressure.
- Reservations Consultants roles are also undertaken
- Strong emphasis on customer service and guest interaction

- Undertake regular sales calls and provide support to local and domestic agents/operators
- Maintain a strong presence within the local and domestic tourism industry (networking)
- Conduct Skyrail famils and training

Sales Managers (International)
- Provide ongoing support of existing agents/operators, develop new business, and introduce new initiatives/products
- Maintain a high profile in the tourism industry (networking), and increase brand awareness in all markets
