One Way Experience

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway takes you on an amazing experience over Australia’s World Heritage listed Tropical Rainforest canopy and deep into the forest.

A one way Skyrail experience should take approximately 1½ hours, this includes spending time at the two rainforest mid-stations.

Allow 20 minutes for each station, to enjoy Ranger guided boardwalk tours and visit the Rainforest Interpretation Centre, lookouts and historical displays.

Skyrail’s Caravonica Terminal is located just 15 minutes drive north from Cairns city or 50 minutes south from Port Douglas. Skyrail’s Kuranda Terminal is located a short walk from the famous village of Kuranda, where you’ll be able to enjoy rainforest walks, the local attractions and shopping.

Timing

A One Way Skyrail Experience can be enjoyed as a ½ day tour. It can be booked departing from either Caravonica or Kuranda Terminals, with morning and afternoon times available. Times will be offered during the booking process.

Transfers

A One Way Skyrail Experience is suitable for Self Drivers. This assumes you will not require transfers from your accommodation.

NB: When booking a One Way Skyrail Experience, you will need to make your own way either to or from Kuranda or Caravonica Terminal, to return to your vehicle at the completion of the experience.
