HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

This is a hands on position and duties will include:

  • Proactively supervising daily public area, facility and back of house cleaning
  • Supervise, motivate and train staff 
  • Admin duties including preparation of rosters and ordering of stock & equipment
  • Cableway Attendant duties as required

RESERVATIONS MANAGER 

We are seeking an experienced manager to plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the Reservations department. You will need to be a highly motivated, committed and hands on individual with proven yield  management and general business experience looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the tourism industry. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the reservations team to improve performance, customer service, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in management
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience using reservations software or a demonstrated ability to learn software packages
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiation and building relationships with suppliers
  • Demonstrated financial management experience including budgets, forecasting, metrics and yield management
  • Motivation to drive continuous improvement processes
  • Ability to work extremely well under pressure
  • Demonstrated understanding of Human Resource Management principles and practices

This position is a hands-on role and will require some work on weekends and public holidays.  Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on experience.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER 

Skyrail is a unique rainforest attraction that has built on its success to become a world leader in sustainable tourism and delivery of exceptional visitor experiences.

We are seeking a professional manager to plan, direct and coordinate all company operations with a view to exceeding guest expectations.

You will need to be a highly motivated and committed individual with proven senior management and business experience looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the tourism industry.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of managers to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies across a number of departments and disciplines.

Requirements:
