Sales Executive - Full Time Salary Position

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the successful applicant will be an enthusiastic customer service professional, highly organised and hard working with excellent personal presentation and communication skills.

As the Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Promotion of Skyrail in the Tropical North Queensland region through regular sales calls to tour desks, accommodation and information centres through training and product presentations.
  • Development of relationships with key tourism industry stakeholders.
  • Hosting of agents during familiarisation visits to Skyrail (including some weekends).
  • Attendance at after hours tourism industry networking events.

What are we looking for?

  • Some tourism sales experience and/or sales and marketing qualifications are desired but not essential. 
  • Previous experience or a sound understanding of the application of digital technologies in a business environment.
  • A current drivers licence is essential.
  • Driven customer service professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Housekeeper - Part Time

Duties will include:

  • Public area, facility and back of house cleaning
  • Maintaining superior standards of cleanliness 
  • Cableway Attendant duties as required

The successful applicant will have the following key attributes and skills:

  • Housekeeping experience in a 5-star operation
  • Superior customer service skills
  • An eye for detail
  • The ability to work unsupervised in an extremely busy work environment

Rosters will include some evening, public holiday and weekend work.  Current drivers licence and own transport is essential.
