Senior Engineer: Skyrail ITM

We are a family-owned group that holds diverse interests including the iconic Skyrail Rainforest Cableway in Cairns and Spring Creek and Coral Coast Barramundi aquaculture farms in Townsville and near Bowen. Skyrail ITM also operates the Sky Safari cableway at Sydney’s Taronga Zoo. We are a long-established and successful group with future growth on the horizon.


We are looking for an experienced engineer to take on a diverse and hands-on senior role. You will bring with you a safety-first attitude, RPEQ (or equivalent) engineering qualification, and a collaborative approach to asset and facilities management. Reporting to the CEO, this role requires the successful applicant to work collaboratively with the senior management team at each site in order to achieve the objectives of this position. Based in Cairns, Qld, you will be required to regularly travel to our sites in North Queensland and Sydney.

Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR generalist who is capable of driving strategic objectives whilst finding fulfilment working hands-on in a medium-sized business environment. As part of Skyrail’s management team, you will be a proven leader with the ability to coach both staff and other managers to help drive the business’ agenda of continuous improvement.


The role would suit a well-rounded leader preferably with experience gained in the tourism, hospitality, or leisure sector, however, a background in any customer facing environment would be considered favourably. Importantly, the individual who takes on this role will need to be demonstrably self-motivated and have the ability to drive the company’s HR agenda from end-to-end.

Housekeeping Manager

IT Helpdesk (Level 1)

We are currently seeking a level one support technician to join our team. This position is part time, 15-20 hours per week with flexible working hours / days to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues for our staff and assisting with IT projects.
